About Julie
Julie credits her design flair to an early exposure to creativity. That passion only grew over time as she was surrounded by multi-talented family members who all shared a love of inspirational spaces, design and decor. In 2016, following a career in various aspects of business, Julie embarked on a new adventure combining her love of design with her business skills to launch a home staging company. It was a natural fit.
Knowing the importance of creating appealing spaces for potential buyers, she eagerly assists homeowners and real estate professionals gain a competitive edge in today's market. Her creative mentors, her mom and sister, offer their handmade home decor items and vintage-inspired cards exclusively on Etsy and to wholesale clients in Canada and the US.
She is proud to be a CCSP (Canadian Certified Staging Professional) operating under a Code of Ethics and is also a member of RESA (the Real Estate Staging Association).

About Janice (operations manager)
After relocating to Thornbury from the Kitchener-Waterloo area, Janice brought with her a wealth of experience from owning and operating her own interior design company. With a natural flair for creating beautiful and inviting spaces, she has a keen eye and is fully qualified to assist with onsite consultations and walkthroughs.
Janice joined Flair in November 2025, and we were thrilled to have her experience, enthusiasm and expertise on board initially as a stylist.
In September of 2026, Janice transitioned into the role of Operations Manager, Home Staging where she now ensures that every Flair stage is well planned and professionally executed from the moment inventory leaves the warehouse until it returns.
About DIANA (stylist)
Diana is our newest addition joining the team in October of 2026 as part of our Flair 2.0 expansion. She is a lover of all things beautiful, and particularly passionate about home décor and design.
Over the past few years, Diana has worked alongside her entrepreneur spouse assisting in various new construction projects where she has been able to put her design skills to work.
As a Flair Stylist, Diana works hands-on to bring our staging plans to life — from choosing the right pieces to putting the finishing touches in place. We are excited to have her on board where her skills will benefit both our partner Realtors and sellers!
