About Julie
Julie credits her design flair to an early exposure to creativity. That passion only grew over time as she was surrounded by multi-talented family members who all shared a love of inspirational spaces, design and decor. In 2016, following a career in various aspects of business, Julie embarked on a new adventure combining her love of design with her business skills to launch a home staging company. It was a natural fit.
Knowing the importance of creating appealing spaces for potential buyers, she eagerly assists homeowners and real estate professionals gain a competitive edge in today's market. Her creative mentors, her mom and sister, offer their handmade home decor items and vintage-inspired cards exclusively on Etsy and to wholesale clients in Canada and the US.
She is proud to be a CCSP (Canadian Certified Staging Professional) operating under a Code of Ethics and is also a member of RESA (the Real Estate Staging Association).

About Heather (lead stylist)
Heather initially trained and worked as a florist before returning to her first love, art. Inspired by animals and nature, her highly-detailed subject matter stands out on crisp white canvas backgrounds. As a self-taught artist, she is now recognized as an accomplished member of the Canadian art community with various galleries showcasing her work. Heather's creative and people skills transfer naturally to styling homes and assisting sellers.
After joining Flair in April of 2023, she was very quickly performing solo stages solidifying her ability to create neutral, visually-appealing spaces to showcase a home’s best features.
She is a personable, talented stylist who creates the ‘wow’ for potential buyers and a truly valuable addition to the team.
About Janice (stylist)
After relocating to Thornbury from the Kitchener-Waterloo area, Janice brought with her a wealth of experience from owning and operating her own interior design company. With a natural flair for creating beautiful and inviting spaces, she has a keen eye and is fully qualified to assist with onsite consultations and walkthroughs.
Janice joined Flair in November 2025, and we're thrilled to have her experience, enthusiasm and expertise on board.
Her passion for design will help us continue our mission of guiding sellers in preparing their homes to show beautifully and maximize their return on investment.
About Sarah (stylist)
Sarah joined the Flair team in March 2026, bringing with her a natural eye for styling and a love of all things vintage, antique, and unique.
In addition to her work with Flair Style Co, Sarah helps style a local antique and vintage shop, @rediscovered_onmarsh, where she also enjoys connecting with customers. She also works alongside another local business specializing in antiques, flowers, salvage, and one-of-a-kind finds, @vintagekettlewells.
Sarah has a natural eye for the details that make a space feel special. Her appreciation for unique pieces, textures, and unexpected finds brings a creative perspective to our staging team and helps her create spaces that feel both thoughtful and welcoming.
